Criminal law – Decision to prosecute Victim's right to review. The Divisional Court's decision, that the victim right to review scheme was lawful, that victims had no right to a review in any specific case pursuant to Directive (EU) 2012/29 or at common law and that it was open to the Crown Prosecution Service to refuse to review in some cases or categories of case, was unassailable. Accordingly, the Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed the claimant's appeal.
