Court of Session: In proceedings in which the noter, the interim liquidator of a company, sought that accounts be audited and payment in respect of her remuneration be fixed for her periods of appointment as provisional and interim liquidator, and the court reporter raised concerns about the noter's actings, the court, having examined the ambit of the court reporter's role, concluded that all of the concerns the reporter brought to its attention fell within his remit and were properly matters which should be brought to the court's attention, however, in relation to a number of those concerns the court accepted the noter's explanations as well as noting that she was going to take further steps in respect to certain matters, and accordingly it approved her remuneration at the level sought.
