Land – Land registration. The judge's direction that the Chief Land Registrar give effect to the respondent company's application for first registration of certain land as a result of adverse possession was correct. There had been no diverse possession as the land in question had not been included in the infill lease at issue. The Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber) so held in upholding the judge's decision and thereby dismissing the Port of London Authority's appeal against that decision.
