Town and country planning – Judicial review – Grant of planning permission – Residential development – Risk of flooding. Court of Session: Refusing a judicial review petition challenging the lawfulness of a planning authority's grant of planning permission for a residential development, in particular in relation to the risk of flooding, the court was satisfied that the petitioner had standing to bring the petition, however it was also satisfied that the respondent's planning applications committee had before it all relevant material and that it had not been established that the committee was misled, either because the Report of Handling relating to the application omitted relevant material or because it was misleading in any way; nor was the committee's decision irrational.
