Employment – Automatic unfair dismissal. The employment tribunal (the tribunal) had not erred in finding that disclosures made by a legal compliance officer to her employer had been made in her self-interest and were not a matter of public interest. Further, the tribunal's findings concerning the reason for the employee's dismissal had not been perverse. The Employment Appeal Tribunal so ruled in dismissing the employee's appeal against the dismissal of her claim that she had been unfairly dismissed on account of making protected disclosures.
