Immigration – Leave to enter. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, held that, while the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) had erred in finding that refusal of leave to enter the country with his mother and sisters to join his father in the United Kingdom had not engaged his rights under art 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, it had correctly found that there had been a justifiable interference with those rights and so the appellant's appeal was dismissed.
