PAs v A Local Authority and others

Adoption – Order. The welfare of a boy aged two-and-a-half continued to demand that he be adopted and the adoption order as sought by the prospective adopters would be made. The Family Court held that, neither parent was able to meet his needs substantially because what would be demanded of anyone other than the prospective adopters caring for him would probably be too much for any parent, given his vulnerability and attachment to his adoptive family.
