Owda v Court Of Appeals Thessaloniki, Greece

Extradition – Extradition order. The Divisional Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Greece to face trial for large-scale people trafficking. There was no real risk that extradition to Greece would violate his rights under art 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights and the judge had been right to conclude that the appellant's mental illness had fallen far short of the high threshold required to rely upon oppression.
