Extradition – Extradition order. The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for her extradition to Poland to face trial for drawing up fictitious invoices. The judge had been entitled to find that the appellant had been a fugitive, her extradition would not be oppressive given the passage of time or her health, the interest in extradition outweighed the appellant's rights to private and family life, and that it had been proportionate.
