NT1 and another v Google LLC (Information Commissioner intervening)

Data protection – Personal data. The reporting restrictions order proposed by the claimants in their right to be forgotten proceedings against Google was, for the most part, made with some changes, including to make clear that it did not inhibit reporting of anything said in any public judgment of the court or the contents of any document which was on the court file and accessible by the public as of right without the court's permission. The Queen's Bench Division further approved an order permitting the Information Commissioner to intervene in writing and orally.
