Mirtorabi v Nursing and Midwifery Council

Medical practitioner – Appeal against determination of disciplinary committee. The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against the decision of the Conduct and Competence Committee (the CCC) of the respondent Nursing and Midwifery Council to strike her off the register of nurses. The CCC had been entitled to take previous disciplinary decisions into account in the way in which it had and to conclude that it had been proportionate to strike the appellant from the register.
