Extradition – Private and family life. The judge had been entitled to find that the appellant's extradition would not be disproportionate, having regard to his and his family's rights under art 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Accordingly, the Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Poland to serve the remaining 2 years, 1 month and 19 days of a sentence of 2 years and 4 months' imprisonment for robbery, and 8 months' imprisonment for domestic burglary.
