Judicial review – Police – Management vetting clearance. Court of Session: Refusing a reclaiming motion in a judicial review petition in which a police officer sought reduction of a review panel's decision to uphold a force vetting officer's decision refusing him management vetting clearance, the court rejected the contention that the Lord Ordinary had erred in dismissing the petition and concluded that the petitioner had had a fair hearing before the review panel, which was not obliged to raise with him concerns, which they ultimately founded on, about inconsistencies in his clearance application questionnaires.
