Extradition – European arrest warrant. The accusation warrants against the appellants, concerning human trafficking of young women of African origin to Italy for prostitution, had not specified with the necessary clarity the offences in respect of which each had been issued and had not satisfied the requirements of s 2 of the Extradition Act 2003. Accordingly, the Divisional Court discharged the appellants, as the warrants had been wholly deficient and further information which had been provided since the judge's decision was not admissible.
