Employment – Disability discrimination. The Employment Appeal Tribunal (the EAT) dismissed the employee's appeal against a decision of the employment tribunal (the tribunal), refusing to reconsider an earlier decision, in which it had found that the employee was disabled only in respect of leg oedema and only from specified date. The EAT held that the application for a review had not explained what was said to be wrong with the tribunal's earlier decision and that the tribunal had not been obliged to carry out a general re-investigation of that decision.
