Koori and others v Secretary of State for the Home Department

Immigration – Leave to remain. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, upheld the dismissal of the appellants' appeal concerning the respondent Secretary of State's rejection of their human rights claims and an order for their removal. The decision of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) had been made in error, but it had not been a material one, it had caused no unfairness to the appellants and, in substance, the decision had been correct.
