JT International SA v European Union Intellectual Proprty Office

European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action brought by JT International SA (JTI) against a decision of the Fifth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to opposition proceedings between Corporation Habanos and JTI, concerning the application by the latter for registration of the word 'PUSH' as a European Union trade mark.
