Hernandez Zamora SA v European Union Intellectual Property Office

European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action by Hernandez Zamora, SA (HZ) against a decision of the Second Board of Appeal of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to opposition proceedings between HZ and Rosen Tantau KG concerning the application by the latter for registration of a word sign 'Paloma' as an European Union trade mark.
