HM Advocate v Lisek

Extradition – Extradition offences. High Court of Justiciary: Granting leave to appeal and allowing an appeal in a case in which the Polish authorities sought the respondent's extradition in respect of his conviction for two offences described in a European Arrest Warrant (EAW) and the sheriff concluded that the offences described in the EAW did not amount to extradition offences, the court held that the sheriff had erred: he should have held that the offences in the EAW were extradition offences.
