Gray v Police Appeals Tribunal

Estoppel – Res judicata. The Administrative Court allowed the claimant's application for judicial review of the defendant Police Appeals Tribunal's decision, upholding his dismissal from the police force on review of a second set of disciplinary proceedings. The second set of disciplinary proceedings against the claimant had been a reflection of the same complaint which had already been decided, such that the principle of res judicata had been a bar to the second complaint.
