Court of Session: Dismissing an action in which the pursuer sought declarator that a purported decision to dismiss him as managing director of the defenders had no lawful effect and reduction of that decision, the court concluded that although it would have held that the pursuer's case in reply to the defenders' position on ratification was relevant to some extent, he had not pleaded a relevant case that had he resorted to and exhausted the alternative remedy provided by his contract of employment and accordingly his application for reduction was not competent.
