General Medical Council v Raychaudhuri

Medical practitioner – Professional conduct committee. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal's findings that the respondent's denial to a senior colleague of writing examination findings before seeing a patient had not been dishonest and that he had not been impaired would be quashed, and substituted by findings that it had been dishonest and he had been impaired. Accordingly, the Administrative Court quashed the warning imposed and remitted the case for further consideration as to sanction.
