General Medical Council v Nooh

Medical practitioner – Professional conduct committee. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal's decision to restore to the respondent's name to the register of medical practitioners would not be read as indicating that it had misunderstood its role. The Administrative Court, in dismissing the appellant General Medical Council's appeal against that decision, further held that the tribunal had not been disagreeing with the decision that erasure was the appropriate sanction, but addressing a different question.
