Frenkel v Lyampert and others

Company – Shares. The claimant's claim that he had been entitled to a 25.5% shareholding in a United Kingdom company failed, where it had not been agreed with the first and second defendants that the claimant would be a director of the company, nor that he would own 25.5% of the share capital. Accordingly, the Chancery Division dismissed his claim.
