European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action brought by Foodcare sp. z.o.o. against the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to invalidity proceedings between Mr Michalczewski and Foodcare sp z.o.o., concerning the application by the latter for registration of the word sign 'T.G.R. ENERGY DRINK' as a an European Union trade mark.
