Fletcher v Keatley (by his father and litigation friend, Keatley)

Damages – Personal injury. The judge had come to the correct conclusion in regard to damages for the respondent's injuries following the admitting of liability by the appellant in relation to a road accident in 2006. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division held that the total sum of £65,246.94 had been the correct measure of damages despite acknowledging that there had been some exaggeration on the part of the respondent.
