The Recorder had not erred in holding that the first defendant convenience store owner was jointly liable with the second defendant product manufacturer for an accident that occurred at his store when a two-and-a-half-year-old child opened a bottle of caustic soda and put some of the contents in his mouth. Accordingly, the Queen's Bench Division, dismissed the first defendant's appeal.
