Employment – Wrongful dismissal. The claimant was entitled to receive his salary, pension contributions and minimum bonus in respect of the period from 7 November 2015 to 30 September 2017 for his wrongful dismissal. However, the Queen's Bench Division held that he was not entitled to damages for the period which he had spent on garden leave to 6 November 2015 before his wrongful dismissal.
