European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union allowed the application brought by Excalibur City s.r.o. for annulment of the decision of the First Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to opposition proceedings before Ferroro SpA and Excalibur concerning the application by the latter for registration of the word sign 'MERLIN's KINDERWELT' as an European Union trade mark.
