European Union Copper Task Force v European Commission

European Union – EU institutions. By its appeal, the appellant association of producers of copper compounds, established in the UK, sought to set aside the judgment of the General Court of the European Union by which the General Court had rejected as inadmissible its action seeking the partial annulment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/408. The Court of Justice dismissed the appellant's appeal on the grounds, among other things, that that regulation entailed implementing measures within the meaning of the final limb of the fourth paragraph of art 263 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and was therefore not subject to review by the Court.
