Medical practitioner – Disciplinary proceedings. The appellant's appeal against decisions of the Conduct and Competence Committee Panel of the respondent Health and Care Professions Council, three allegations proved against the appellant, and imposing a conditions of practice order for a period of nine months, was totally without merit and, having regard to the background, a civil restraint order against the appellant would be made. The Administrative Court, dismissed the appeal for want of jurisdiction and, for good measure, as an abuse of process and on its merits.
