Consumer credit – Agreement. The claimants were entitled to relief under s 140B of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, on the basis that the defendant lender's undeclared commission on a PPI policy, which had formed part of a fixed sum credit agreement between the claimants and the lender, had been unfair within the meaning of that Act. Accordingly, the County Court allowed the claimants' claim to the sum of £17,345.27.
