Injunction – Variation or discharge. The first defendant was successful in its application to vary a proprietary injunction granted to permit the payment of the bill of a firm of estate agents out of the gross receipts of the overage. The Chancery Division held that it was a plain case for saying that the estate agents' payment should be discharged out of the gross overage receipts.
