Trade mark – Registration. Two appeals by each of the parties in a trade mark dispute, against the decisions of the Hearing Officer, failed. The Chancery Division held that the majority of the marks in issue had not been put to genuine use during a five-year period. However, one aspect of one mark would continue to be allowed, so far as it related to providing advertising space on websites for others.
