Town and country planning – Appeal to Minister against refusal of permission for development. All six appellants, Gypsy or a Travellers, had their statutory appeals determined by the Secretary of State, on the planning merits, in decisions properly and lawfully made by him, within the powers given to him under the statutory scheme. In so holding, the Court of Appeal, Civil Division dismissed the appeals and upheld the findings of the High Court.
