Town and country planning – Grant of planning permission – Judicial review. Court of Session: Refusing a judicial review petition in which the petitioner sought reduction of a decision granting planning permission for the creation of a retail store, the court rejected the petitioner's criticisms of the adequacy of two reports prepared by the respondent's Executive Director of Development and Regeneration Services for consideration by its Planning Applications Committee in determining the application, and also its criticisms of the adequacy of the reasons given for the decision.
