Chapman v Crawford

Personal Injury: Quantum Case. Road traffic accident. Orthopaedic injuries. PSLA of £2,900. The claimant suffered headaches as a result of the accident. She suffered from pain in the neck which was referred into the right shoulder. Osteopathy was administered for the pain to the neck referred into the right shoulder. The claimant did not take any time away from work, but was restricted in her work activities and this restriction was ongoing at the time of the report. The claimant was still able to attend the gym but this activity was restricted.
