Tort – Harassment. The Chancery Division dismissed the claimants' claim for harassment. The claimants, who lived in a property adjoining the defendants' farm, commenced proceedings arising out of a number of long-running disputes concerning, among other things, provision of water and electricity to their property. The court held that the claimants had failed to demonstrate that that the defendants had pursued a course of conduct amounting to harassment, nor had they established that they were entitled to relief on any other basis.
