Extradition – Extradition order. The Divisional Court held that the residual abuse of process jurisdiction in extradition cases would not be expanded to embrace the principle in Henderson v Henderson ([1843-60] All ER Rep 378) that parties had to bring their whole case before the court so that all aspects of it might be finally decided. However, in the unusual combination of circumstances, the appellant's extradition would be disproportionate.
