The Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed the action by Caffè Nero Group Ltd against a decision of the First Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office, relating to the application by that company for registration of the word sign 'CAFFÈ NERO' as an EU trade mark.
