Divorce – Financial remedies. Where a whistleblower who had been employed by a firm of solicitors that had represented the husband in financial remedies proceedings had, subsequently, sent documents concerning alleged conversations between the husband and his then legal team to the judge who had been involved in those proceedings, the Family Division directed that the case should be considered by the President of the Family Division, because it raised new and grave issues in relation to legal professional privilege.
