Extradition – Extradition order. The judge had not clearly identified the individual pieces of conduct said to constitute each of the foreign offences and asked, in relation to each piece of conduct, whether it had been sufficiently particularised or whether it had amounted to an extradition offence. Accordingly, the Administrative Court quashed the order for the appellant's extradition to Hungary to serve two sentences of imprisonment for drugs offences in relation to three offences.
