Extradition – Extradition order. The factors militating against extradition outweighed those in favour once appropriate weight had been attached to those various matters, in the present case. The Administrative Court held that, amongst other factors, the defendant and his family's settled life in the UK, the discharge of an earlier European arrest warrant, the significant delay involved with the present warrant and the fact that the offence in question was not a serious offence all weighed against extradition of the defendant.
