The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, reversed a decision of the Employment Appeals Tribunal and reinstated the decision of the employment tribunal that held that the appellant consultant cardiologist had been unfairly dismissed, under s 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996, by the respondent NHS Trust as a result of making protected disclosures.
