Contempt of court – Committal. For the purposes of committal proceedings in respect of purported breach of various orders by the French and English courts requiring the defendant to withdraw pages accessible at seven of his URL addresses, the claimant had failed to prove to the required standard that the defendant had been in breach of said orders. Accordingly, the Queen's Bench Division, dismissed the claimant's application.
