Employment – Discrimination. The employment tribunal (the tribunal) had not erred in rejecting the employee's claims of discrimination, harassment and victimisation based on race in circumstances where certain sections of its judgment had been taken from the employer's submissions. The Employment Appeal Tribunal, in dismissing the employee's appeal, held that the tribunal had engaged sufficiently with the employee's case, which had been lost on the facts, and that the employee had suffered no injustice which required the appeal to be allowed.
