Attorney General v Samuel Knowles Jnr and another (Bahamas)

Criminal law – Proceeds of crime. The Privy Council allowed the appellant Attorney General's appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, discharging the registration of a United States order against the first respondent as an external confiscation order for enforcement. There had been an external confiscation order and a request for registration from the US, and registration was not prevented by lack of notice to the other respondents.
