Court of Session: In proceedings in which the pursuers sought interim interdict to restrain the defender from launching its own generic *** cancer treatment onto the market in Scotland and thereby allegedly infringing three of the pursuers' patents, the court granted interim interdict, finding that a prima facie case had been shown with respect to each of the patents and that the balance of convenience favoured the pursuers.
