Argeseanu v District Court of Hunedoara and Petrosani (Romania)

Extradition – European arrest warrant. The judge had concluded that, in some instances, he had had sufficient accurate information to order extradition, but where he had not had sufficient or had been unsure of the sufficiency of the information, he had found in the appellant's favour and had discharged. Accordingly, the Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Romania to serve a sentence of six months' imprisonment for three offences of assault.
