European Union – Trade marks. The Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed the appellants' appeal against the decision of the General Court of the European Union (the General Court). The General Court had been able to find, without having erred in law, that the principle of res judicata had not meant that the Fourth Board of Appeal of EUIPO had been bound by a decision of the Commercial Court in Brussels.
